The disciples "devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching
and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."

"At the church of Christ we teach God's word (the Bible).
Sunday school is available for everyone from providing nursery for
newborns to new believers to Christians of many years. Most importantly
our congregation has several midweek Bible studies at area homes.
Teaching is one of the most important tools a church can offer.
How else can we learn about the love of Jesus and our responsibilities
as a Christian?"

"I enjoy our Sunday school class because we really get into
the Word. I like to study about the Lord and all He has done for
me."

"Teaching is Biblically based whether it is a sermon, devotional,
or faith class. From that Bible base you add your own knowledge
or personal experience that confirm the presence of the Spirit in
your life. With that teaching your faith is challenged, encouraged,
strengthened & grows."

"Journey with Jesus has taught me how important it
is to read my Bible and pray every day. Discussion during class
always clarifies the things I don't understand."

"I have been to many churches and find this church to be one
where I can use my Bible every Sunday. That is not true of most
churches I've been to. I find the Kalkaska Church of Christ to be
very Bible based."

"Our Faith Training opportunities help us to study and prepare
us for our weekly walk with our Lord. We have exciting children's
programs every Sunday and during the school (year) Wednesday night
programs (as well)"

"I enjoy our church because each and every function of the
church is Bible based. Our church speaks where the Bible speaks
and is silent where the Bible is silent."

"Kalkaska Church of Christ teaches about Jesus Christ as Lord
and Savior. This year we are doing a very interesting study of the
New Testament 'Journey with Jesus.' We study together to more understand
the Bible."

"I was a teacher for the 5th & 6th grade for several years.
Enjoyed that so much. Now I'm seeing them graduate from High School.
A great group of young people with love of Jesus in their hearts."
